INS Vikrant
The Vikrant class holds the largest Indian Naval ships and the first aircraft carriers to be designed and built in India. The lead ship of the Vikrant class is also the first aircraft carrier designed and built in Asia featuring Stobar and ski-jumps systems (systems used for the launch and recovery of aircrafts). Furthermore it is the first one to be built in Asia to operate jet-powered aircrafts.
