Sabah Forest Industries – Pulp Mill

With the increase in demand for paper, a RM650 million expansion of SFI pulp mill was commissioned in order to satisfy the market's needs. This expansion would double its production from 110,000 to 220,000 tons per annum. RockTech SPI and Wired Mats helped in the conservation of energy, hence enabling the mill to achieve greater energy savings. In addition, with its fire resistance and sound absorbing properties, personnel working at the mill are also ensured of better safety and protection.
